KRAKATAU offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all technical tags attached. We strive to ensure your technical apparel meets your expectations for both performance and fit.

Initiate Request

Log into your account portal or use the guest return link to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the request.

Prepare Package

Securely pack the items in their original KRAKATAU packaging and include the printed return form or invoice inside the box.

Label and Ship

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the garment for integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
